Describe Yourself:I'm a culinary school graduate, and have worked in the restaurant industry for the last 15 years. my hobbies are abstract expressionism, collecting book's, reading, boxing,Kick boxing, watching womens sports and giants baseball. I am a Kennedy democrate, but love to hear and cosider all sides of an issue before making up my mind. I'm a 5th generation northern californian, I have mostly lived in Sonoma but have also spent time in Colorado, portland, san Francisco and southern California, and lived in Big Bar for almost three years while chefing. I love nature, bears, eagles and always loved to watch the bears during the summer in Trinity county.

Interests and Activities:Cooking(Choping and slicing, both left handed and right handed, with my eye's closed), baking. Boxing, kick boxing, gym, my family, politics, oil painting(jungian abstract expressionism). Reading. Rock collecting. Nature, bird watching. Baseball, mostly SF giants. womens volleyball. womens soccer. Finding vintage book's. Music. I just began playing golf after 15 years of not playing(both left handed and right handed). Following the stock market, and global finances, dont ask me why. napping, sleeping, hybernating during the winter. Friendship's, relationships, being an uncle, brother, son and grandson. Going to great restaurants. smelling great wine(I dont drink). Bodega bay during White shark season.

Wish List:Children one day, at least five or six. True Love, great romance, my soul mate.To write the great american novel. To paint a Masterpiece. I own a guitar, but only want to learn to play it when I have the time to learn play right handed lead and left handed upside down rythm, and only dylan and grateful dead tunes. I can somewhat pick and strum, but I only pick it up once a year or so. I want to dive with Great White Sharks during there migration of off san Francisco, though I'm scared of open water.
